The purpose of this blog is to explain several promotions we are having to help introduce the book and stimulate interest in its message. We have three different programs at the present times. These include:

Promo Program 1 - By invitation only.
Promo Program 2 - A fund raising program for organized groups.
Promo Program 3 - A special program for the author's family and friends.

Promo Program 1
The first one is a discount program for those who receive invitations by email or letter to purchase books directly from the publisher at special reduced prices. In these invitations you were provided a special offer code to be used when ordering. To process a special order we need the following information:

Until our website is up and running, books may only be ordered by phone or email and paid for by check or via PayPal. We will be accepting credit and debit card payment as soon as our website is competed and on line.

Right now Pay Pal is the easiest, cheapest and quickest method available. If you are already a member of PayPal you know the routine. For those who aren’t, go to the Internet web site www.PayPal.com or https://www.PayPal.com and beneath the orange “Login” box click on the words “Sign up” right after the words, “New to Pay Pal?” The instructions that follow are quite clear. Should you have a problem, please call us. The big advantage tp Pay Pal is that as soon as you click on the confirm payment button we will be able to ship your book or books. In addition, you are protected by the integrity and guarantee of PayPal.

Promo Program 2
A simple and effective fund raiser for groups of any size. First your group or organization must email or phone in a request. We will mail or email a short, simple questionnaire. Once you have sent it to us by Fax, email or snail mail (US Postal Service), we will issue you a promo code. You then have your group members promote Energy, Convenient Solutions asking any who order it to provide us with your particular promo code. For every book we sell to those using that code we will pay the group or organization $3.00. Those books will all be sold for $21.00 one at a time including shipment by priority mail. Amazon sells the same book for $16.95 plus shipping.

We have another book available for the program. Blue Shift is a SciFi thriller by Howard Johnson. Read a newspaper review at http://blueshiftrvu.blogspot.com. Read the first chapter at http://blueshift1.blogspot.com. For every copy of Blue Shift we sell to those using that code we will pay the group or organization $5.00. This one sells for $25.00 including shipment by priority mail. Amazon sells this book for $24.95 plus shipping.

By this coming June or July we will have another book available in the same program. It is an anthology named Words from the Lakeside, written and collected by Howard Johnson over many years. This one also sells for $25.00 including shipment by priority mail. Amazon will probably sell this book for $27.95 plus shipping as well.
